Bomb Kills 1 In Georgia Law Office

(CBS/AP) A blast which police say was caused by an explosive device killed one person and injured four others at a small-town law firm in northern Georgia. The fatality has not been identified.

Witnesses said the explosion around 10 a.m. blew out the windows at Georgia Personal Injury Law Firm of  McCamy, Phillips, Tuggle & Fordham in Dalton, 26 miles southeast of Chattanooga, Tenn.  A Dalton police spokesperson told CBS Affiliate WGCL that there was some sort of altercation at the law office just before the blast.
